T.E. Packaging was founded in 1980 during a period when the packaging market was largely dominated by Japanese products. As Taiwan’s first producer of printed OPP packaging bags, the company established an early foundation in packaging printing and bag converting.
What began with packaging for stationery, gifts, and premium products gradually expanded into a broader range of packaging applications. Today, T.E. product portfolio includes zip bags, food bags, and specialty packaging products used across retail, food, apparel, and industrial markets.
To support different packaging requirements, T.E. offers flexible material options, custom printing, and OEM/ODM services across multiple product categories.

To meet changing market demands, T.E. has continuously expanded its product offerings beyond traditional packaging bags. Through cooperation with Japanese manufacturers, the company introduced header bags and further broadened its packaging capabilities for different applications.
As the product range grew, T.E. also incorporated new materials into selected product lines, including environmentally conscious CPP card holders and photo albums. These additions helped diversify the company’s offerings and support a wider range of customer needs.
Today, T.E.’s products are supplied throughout Taiwan and exported to customers in multiple international markets. The company continues to develop new packaging products and expand its capabilities to meet evolving market requirements.
